Update a grader

PATCH https://app.syntic.ai/v1/evals/graders/{grader_id}

Change a grader’s name or config. Its kind is fixed. Runs already finished keep the config they used, so old and new scores are never silently mixed.

Field	Type	Description
`kind`	string	`exact_match`, `contains`, `regex`, `json_schema`, `similarity` (embedding cosine against `ideal`), or `model_rubric` (a model scores the output against your rubric).
`config`	object	Settings for the kind. For `model_rubric`: `model`, `rubric` and `pass_threshold` on a 1 to 5 scale. For `similarity`: `threshold` from 0 to 1. For `regex`: `pattern`.

Errors

Errors use the error envelope and carry a request_id. Codes specific to this operation:

Status	`type`	`code`	When
400	`invalid_request_error`	`beta_required`	The `syntic-beta` header is missing.
404	`not_found_error`	`grader_not_found`	No grader with this id.
401	`authentication_error`	`invalid_api_key`	The key is missing, unknown, revoked or expired.
429	`rate_limit_error`	`rate_limited`	Too many requests; wait for `Retry-After`. See Rate-limit headers.
